The care process

Phase1: Intake/Initial consultation

In this first session of 45 minutes, we take the time to dive into your concerns and your request for help. This meeting is an opportunity for parents to share their observations and worries, as well as provide a detailed overview of their child's development from birth until now.
Following the initial consultation, we will schedule a series of follow-up sessions for your child as part of the psychodiagnostic phase.

Phase 2: Psychological assesment

This phase involves a comprehensive evaluation of your child's emotional, cognitive, and developmental functioning.
We use observations, interviews, questionnaires, and standardized tests to identify any challenges.
The process takes 6-8 weeks and requires both parents and the teacher to complete questionnaires, providing key insights into your child's behavior and development in different settings.

Phase 3: Results and Recommendations

After the 6-8 week psychodiagnostic phase, we will meet with you to explain the diagnosis and discuss the results of your child's psychological assessment.
You will receive a detailed report outlining your child's strengths and areas for improvement, along with a tailored treatment plan based on our findings. Our goal is to ensure you feel informed and supported as we move forward.
This session will last about 45 minutes and is intended for parents or guardians only.

Phase 4: Psychological treatment

During the final phase of the care process, your child will receive psychological guidance and therapeutic sessions, such as play therapy or psychotherapy, lasting 45 to 90 minutes based on individual needs.
The duration of this process varies depending on the specific issues being treated, with a minimum of 2 months.
During this time, parents can also receive guidance and psychoeducation to better support their child.

Service fees

SVB insurance covers most of our services.
Private insurance (Ennia) may cover all or a portion of the expenses, depending on your plan. We recommend contacting your insurer for specific coverage details.
