How to book 

You need to book your first appointment through Appointlet following this steps:

1.Visit the scheduling link:

​2.Select your desired date and time from the available options displayed on the calendar. ​

3.After choosing your slot, fill in the required information, such as email, name, birthdate, address, etc.​

4. Then click the “Book Appointment” button. Very IMPORTANT! Don't miss this part otherwise your appointment is not made.​

5.You should receive a confirmation email shortly after to finalize your appointment.

Before booking an appointment

1. If you have SVB insurance:​

  - A referral letter from your family doctor is required. Your doctor can send this directly through the SVB Health Portal, an online platform for secure submissions.

2. If you have private insurance:

   - Please request a referral letter from your doctor. You will also need to contact your insurance company to obtain a guarantee letter to cover the consultation. And you can email us this letter.

​

3. If you do not have insurance:    

   - You have the option to pay for the consultation yourself directly.
